Exchange & Return Policy
At Cartgroove, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help!
1. Return Eligibility
You may return items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange, provided that:
- The item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- All tags and labels are attached.
Note: Certain items, such as personalized products or gift cards, are non-returnable.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return.
- Return Authorization: Once we process your request, we’ll provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to send your item back.
- Pack Your Item: Carefully pack your item in the original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
3. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective item).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns over $75.
4. Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process above. Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process the exchange as requested.
5. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@cartgroove.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We’ll work with you to resolve the problem.
